MY twin brother and I came to Squaw Valley in 2008 to help my mother when my step dad was sent to Iraq. My brother had gone to culinary school and upon completion worked in the private club system for 9 years. Doug then bought a franchise restaurant from our father in Chattanooga Tennessee and for the next 15 years operated a 300 seat restaurant downtown.
